Shared Servicing
Shared Servicing® is Midland's comprehensive solution that delivers Enterprise!® to clients on a secure, hosted basis. The Shared Servicing solution provides clients the option to outsource selected activities to Midland on a private-label basis, completely transparent to borrowers and external parties. This allows the client to maintain direct control of borrower relationships and asset management responsibilities, while outsourcing the processing and administrative functions that can be performed more economically in a large-scale environment.

Shared Servicing allows the client to eliminate the expense of application software, related hardware, ongoing maintenance and desktop administration. A monthly fee includes system hosting, support and maintenance, and disaster recovery infrastructure.
